Cook's Ranch is a gated luxury home community located just south of Tyler, Texas. The development is situated on Old Bullard Road (County Road 122) between Saddlebrook
Estates and Baker Plantation, and across the road from Vanderbilt Estates.
The subdivision is in open hill country with adjacent forests and ranches, yet convenient to Tyler via nearby U.S. 69, South Broadway, and the new Loop 49 toll road.
Currently, two main streets exist in Cook's Ranch: Cook's Crossing, and Chaparrel Run. see map below
